This is a refreshing little stop while shopping in the Mall that can be both healthy(er) and rejuvenating when you are out and about during your busy shopping sprees. I stopped in here while working the other night and purchased a delicious Banana, Strawberry and Blueberry smoothie that was filling and tasty. They also have choices of frozen yogurt and light and low calorie alternatives. I think that again, if you can get past the feeling that one might get with the mall environment, you might be surprised with what you find here at this little corner spot next to Amato's and looking over the carousel. You can also go for the decadent peanut butter or chocolate if your so heart desires. With the amount of frozen yogurt establishments limited here in Maine, this is a great refreshing alternative to your local ice cream stands.

Pretty generic self-serve frozen yogurt place but the best part is the super convenient location right in the food court of Maine Mall! There are 8 flavors that rotate around and plenty of toppings, though I would've liked more fruit toppings (there were only strawberries, mangoes, pineapples, and cherries). They also serve smoothies and coffee there if you are not feeling yogurt. I wouldn't say that it's anything super special, but it's definitely great for kids at the mall!

Maybe I'm just not a fan of the self-serve frozen yogurt phenomenon, but give me Pinkberry any day! I found their Original flavor to be way too tart and artificial tasting, and it's pretty expensive for what it is. I would much rather support a locally owned frozen yogurt place (GoBerry) than this place, better ingredients AND better prices!

I love it here. It's no Pinkberry, but it'll do! Right in the Mall, always a welcome stop when I need to pop in there for something. Good selection of flavors (I'm partial to the peanut butter), awesome toppings, always quick to get in and out (even though there's almost always a line). You choose the size, flavor, toppings, quantity, etc, and your frozen yogurt is weighed for the final price. I don't think I've ever spent more than $5 or $6 even though I sometimes reallllyy load it up. Whee!

Red Mango had their Grand Opening Celebration today! Even though it's been open for quite a few months now, their free full size frozen yogurt (aka froyo!) was pretty awesome! Although there aren't too many froyo options around here, it's found in nearly every food plaza over on the west coast. Red Mango advertises that their froyo contains probiotics and is healthy for you, and although it's probably true, I wouldn't count on it as a healthy snack if you're loading it up with peanut butter cups and caramel syrup :X Their free froyo certainly grabbed a lot of attention, by late evening the line was getting close to an hour wait! With friends, the wait definitely wasn't too bad with their dancing mascot entertaining us. :) My favorite part was probably being able to make my own cup, their 8 (rotating?) flavors are all self serve and so is their extensive selection of toppings! Personal fav: original + mochi + strawberries. Also... although the whole cup was free today, it's regularly charged per ounce. :)

My daughter and I were shopping at the mall, and she wanted to get a smoothie, so we went to Red Mango. She got a strawberry smoothie and I got a cup of vanilla frozen yogurt with strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, and coconut on it. The yogurt is self-serve, as are the toppings. My cup of yogurt was so delicious and refreshing, I can't wait to try this place again. My husband and son always want to get ice cream at Dairy Queen (which I hate, mostly because I can't stand artificial factory-made foods), but I think next time I'll suggest this place. Everything looked (and tasted) fresh and seemed to be of a high quality. Perfect on a hot summer day!
